The establishment of AKF PROPERTIES LIMITED – a Real Estate Property Development Company founded in year 2009, is undoubtedly a major landmark in the public housing delivery system of our great Country. There is a large vacuum created by the inadequate response of the private sector to the challenge of National Housing Crises in Nigeria. It is the vacuum that AKF PROPERTIES LIMITED has decided to fill to a reasonable extent. The problem of housing shortage is becoming more acute from day to day for all classes of our society. Rents are going up almost by the hour. Yet, all the projections on the ground do not envisage an early relief of this problem.
This is why AKF PROPERTIES LIMITED operating within Lagos State and environs has embarked on a program of public housing, with primary aim to deliver quality houses to all classes in the society.
